ITEM 1-1
Look Ahead Scheduler
Color coded tasks easily show maintenance items that are Overdue, Due Today and Due Soon. The list can be filtered by operator for a personal task list. This list can automatically be emailed to multiple people on a daily basis.



ITEM 1-2
Instrument View
A complete overview of all instruments in the lab. It shows all maintenance available for an instrument. By clicking on a maintenance item, a quick history of all tasks complete and pending task is shown. Data is easily retrieved with a single click.



ITEM 1-3
Operator View
This view is similar to the Instrument view except that it shows all the operators and associated tasks. Tasks can be setup for an individual operator for continual education, training, employee reviews and much more.



ITEM 1-4
Maintenance / Task Entry
Simple entry of tasks for an Instrument or an Operator. The user defines the Alert Days as a warning of when a task is coming due. You can also chose if the next Due Date is based on the Completed Date or the Scheduled Due Date. Operators hours are tracked and reported to easily determine how much time is spent maintaining an instrument.



ITEM 1-5
Unscheduled Maintenance & Costs
Some times unscheduled maintenance occurs. TKA tracks this too. This is a one-time, non-reoccurring maintenance. Service and parts costs can be tracked for these unscheduled maintenances.



ITEM 1-6
Reports
Create multiple reports with a few mouse clicks. Chose the date range, the instrument or operator and a full report is ready to review and print. You can also create a report for all instrument and / or operators.
