TimeKeeper® America (TKA) provides maintenance-based software for laboratory instruments. TKA was initially developed to demonstrate compliance to certain certification inspection requirements. TKA features a “Look Ahead Scheduler™” that hyperlinks to instrument maintenance manuals. Reports document scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions, indicate instrument efficiency and technician proficiency. Reports print in court-acceptable format.

NEW - Email Notifications
This feature automatically emails the Look Ahead Scheduler each day. An email can be sent to the Lab Manager for all operator's pending tasks or a filtered list can be emailed to each operator showing only their tasks!



NEW - Network Version
Now available, a networked version. TimeKeeper can run on a single computer or networked with multiple computers sharing the same data. TimeKeeper NT Lite is a low cost package for 5 simultaneous users. TimeKeeper NT allows up to 100 simultaneous users.



NEW - DOC Tracking
TimeKeeper documents, schedules, and tracks all Demostration of Capability (DOC) for NELAC compliance. Each operator is tracked per method for DOC. Never lose sight of when and who needs to complete the DOC. TimeKeeper will also calculate data results based on user defined criteria for Pass / Fail flagging.

Chemical Inventory System
This chemical tracking system follows all chemicals and reagents from receipt (or preparation) to opening then from expiration to disposal. MSDS, storage and handling fields are included. As in tracking Instruments, Personnel, and DOCs, Chemicals appear on the Look Ahead Scheduler when chemicals are about to expire or when they require disposal.
